Agora Trust Room is a Swiss-made secure collaboration platform. Think Google Drive or Dropbox, but built for industries where confidentiality isn't optional: finance, aerospace, healthcare. Users share, manage, and permission files inside a platform that takes security seriously at every layer.

The product spans three surfaces: desktop app, web app, and mobile app. It also supports 12 theme variations, allowing clients to apply their own brand color to the platform. The scale of the system is real: hundreds of screens, multiple devices, and a color-flexible UI that has to stay coherent across all.

The quest was a full UI revamp across the entire ecosystem. No scope limits, no preserved screens. Everything would change.

I was the sole designer on this. The team was small: me, one frontend developer, and the CTO. The design system phase ran from March to July 2025, as the foundational layer before any screen-level redesign could begin.
